If she is busy with another customer she makes sure to acknowledge that I am waiting and that she will get to me as quickly as possible. I just wanted to drop you a quick line regarding the excellent customer service being provided by your Culebra and 1604 location. I was in a panic several "Kudos to them and that store"weeks ago, needing to get my husbands suits dropped off. It was right at 9 when i called to see if they would still be able to get it out the same day. They told my if I hurried, they could possibly tag them and get them out today if I beat the service truck. Thankfully, i live only a few miles from that location and was able to make it. They were able to tag my garments and get them ready for pick-up. My point is they could have easily told me that it was past the deadline, but instead they bent over backwards to help me and i appreciate that. Kudos to them and that store. I though i should let you know...

I want to share with you that i walked into your Comet location on Culebra (by 1604) yesterday on a Friday morning as a new customer. Your Manager Linda was behind the second counter. As soon as I walked in, Linda stopped what she was doing; walked up to her cash register and with a wide smile, she started to talk to me and wait on me. She was very thorough explaining your services, your hours, etc... She was professional, kind and courteous. So much so, I had to comment to her and let her know about her superior customer service.

 

As a small business owner, I deal with the public on a daily basis as well as I conduct a lot of our personal business needs and I wisit other businesses all the time."superior customer service" I know for a fact how much customer service, unfortunately, has deteriorated in recent years. But not at your Comet location on Culebra. I was struck by how professional Linda was, yet how courteous at the same time and she knew how to drew the line.

I wanted to write this note on our experiences in using Comet Cleaners for our cleaning needs. We live in San Antonio and there is a Comet Cleaners about 4 minutes away, however we prefer to go [to] Helotes to take our clothes because of Evelyn. Evelyn is such a postive influence that not only do we use your facilities but my wife convinced our daughter that lives in Boerne and our son in Helotes to start using you for their needs."We are committed to Comet" That was over a year ago. Evelyn is very professional, courteous and makes you feel that you are the most important customer that has ever walked in to your business. Some times I have been there when she is busy but no matter [what] she always makes you feel good about coming in. She is a role model when it comes to customer satisfaction. You should feel extremely positive of having her represent you and your business. She does a great job. When i added how much time it took me to wash and iron my clothes I decided to try having my shirts laundered. A relative said he used one of your stores and was very happy with the service and he is not easy to please. So i tried your store on De Zavala. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Yolanda. "Service like this is hard to find"She was very friendly, had [a] great attitude and knew just what my clothes needed. Not only was the work performed properly but i find myself looking forward to stopping by. Service like this is hard to find. She now knows who I am after just a few visits and knows what services I need for my shirts. I can now find something else to do with the time I spent washing and ironing my clothes. If not for the terrific service I might not have that pleasure. So for that, thanks.

I want to take this time to start my New Year with the recognition of my two favorite people Irene and Evelyn at Comet"quality of cleaning and pressing is excellent" Cleaners in Helotes. I love the others too. All the girls are "top notch. They are so kind and friendly, know everyones name, always have smiles on their faces and work thier bottoms off!!! They deserve all the compliments your company can give them. I tell them when I come in "that I can't wait for my husband to come home from work so he can change his clothes and i can tkae them to the cleaners!!!!" Ha I'm not forgetting the excellent care that is given to me and my clothing. The quality of cleaning and pressing is excellent as well. Thanks Comet, you're the greatest.

I've lived in San Antonio since 1979 and I have done business with many cleaners and laundry on the northwest side of town.  Location of choice has been a determination but I will also drive out of my way for good service. In the past I have "fired" my cleaners laundry due to various issues, i.e. cloths damaged, cloths lost, cloths not pressed/cleaned properly, general poor service, unfriendly staff, etc.  I assume I'm not anymore particular than the next guy about my cloths and I do understand that mistakes or issues can happen.  It is repeated issues for the most part that has caused me to change cleaners laundry in the past.

 

Repeated issues with another cleaner laundry is what brought me to your"The staff appears to take real ownership and treat my cloths as if they were their own" Helotes location when it first opened.  Needless to say I have been pleasantly surprised.  The location is easily accessible, the lobby is always clean and orderly, if I have to wait, which isn't the norm, it is only briefly.  My cloths are properly cleaned, pressed, and on time when promised.  The few minor issues I have ever encountered have been promptly resolved by your efficient staff.  The staff appears to take real ownership and treat my cloths as if they were their own.

 

Speaking of staff, you really need to get that morning pair under control (:>  Of course I am speaking of Evelyn and Irene.  You may have to hire more help for all the business they bring in.  They are courteous, efficient, and the brief contact with them when dropping off or picking up brightens the day.  I commonly make my drop offs/pick ups in the morning so I am not as well familiar with the afternoon staff but the times I have stopped by in the afternoon the staff is also courteous and efficient.

 

I'm sure your business is like mine in relationship to the fact that you commonly only hear the complaints.  I know that some positive comments are always welcome.
